The 12th Annual Interfaith National Vigil for All Victims of Gun Violence

The 12th Annual National Vigil for All Victims of Gun Violence will be held in person on December 14th after Shabbat.

December 14, 2024 is the 12-year mark of the Sandy Hook tragedy.

Please join us for an evening of remembrance with special musical guests, meaningful speeches and most importantly, spending together in community.

By this December, 1.2 million Americans will be killed or injured by guns since the Sandy Hook shooting tragedy. We urge you to join the gun violence prevention community in our collective effort to continue to shine a light on the devastating epidemic of gun violence in our nation until these gun deaths and injuries are reduced.

The victims, survivors and the families impacted by gun violence are often forgotten. Therefore, the Newtown Action Alliance Foundation and the Newtown Action Alliance, in partnership with 160+ organizations will host the annual national vigil service of mourning and loving remembrance for all who have fallen victim to the ongoing epidemic of gun violence in America.

Our goal is simple. The gun violence prevention movement will unite to support the families and communities impacted by gun violence, educate, continue to raise awareness, and keep this critical issue front and center throughout our nation.
