NCJW Gives Back: December

December Issue: Gun Violence

Every day, more than 100 people in the US die by gun violence while another 200 recover from nonfatal firearm injuries.* And with each incident of gun violence, exponentially more people suffer from trauma whether through witnessing gun violence, caring for a survivor, or grieving a victim.  Join NCJW Gives Back December and support Mothers Against Community Gun Violence by donating books to local children and young adults who are coping with the trauma of gun violence in their lives. All donated books will be distributed through MACGV Chicago’s grief support groups.
