Take Action to Defend Abortion Access

Everyone deserves respect, dignity, and equal access to the resources needed to control their body, family, and future, including insurance coverage of abortion. Urge your lawmakers to support the EACH Act today to ensure that abortion care is there for all of us — however much we earn, wherever we live, and whoever we are. The Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) would protect the right to abortion access by creating a safeguard against bans and medically unnecessary restrictions. WHPA passed the House in a historic vote on September 24, 2021, and must pass the Senate to become law. This will not be an easy task, as it has been many years since the Senate voted on abortion legislation, let alone passed a bill to protect and advance abortion access.
