Safeguarding Reproductive Freedom: Updates on Access to Medication Abortion
7:00 pm — 8:00 pm
Virtual, on Zoom
Medication abortion now accounts for more than 60% of all abortions in the United States. As a result, it is under constant attack from the forces trying to limit reproductive freedom in this country. With this staggering fact in mind, the NCJW Illinois State Policy Committee invites you to learn more in a special virtual session featuring Lorie Chaiten, Senior Counsel at the national ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project.
Lorie will provide updates on safeguarding reproductive freedom and share insights into the evolving legal and policy landscape surrounding medication abortion. Following her presentation, we’ll host a Q&A session to address your questions and foster meaningful dialogue.
Register below to learn about current challenges and strategies for protecting access.
