Our Featured Speakers are:

Grisel Rodríguez-Morales is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of organizational and clinical experience in healthcare. She holds an Assistant Professor appointment with Rush University College of Health Sciences and is the Senior Manager of Health Promotion Programs with Rush University System for Health. Grisel leads Rush Generations, a program that supports healthy habits and longevity through health education, support groups, and evidence-based falls prevention and chronic disease self-management programs available to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Grisel has experience working in mental health, aging, interprofessional collaborative practice, health equity, cultural competence, community health and direct social work services to individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, economic, and other backgrounds. She is also past president of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Illinois Chapter.

Molly Jenkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Program Manager for the Center for Excellence in Aging at Rush University Medical Center. She received a dual Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has 10+ years of practicing social work with older adults in various healthcare and community settings. She transitioned to project management, where she oversaw projects to enhance Illinois’ Managed Long Term Services and Supports program before coming to Rush in 2022. She currently serves as the Secretary of the National Association for Geriatric Education.
