NCJW Gives Back: Help Families Facing Hunger
12:00 am — 11:00 pm
Virtual fundraiser for food pantries in IL
“Not once. Not twice. Thirty-size times the Torah commands us: Love the stranger.”
As the government shutdown nears a full month, an estimated 42 million Americans are at risk of losing access to their SNAP benefits starting November 1. This is not just a policy issue—it’s a humanitarian crisis. There is no greater time to help the strangers in our communities.
For November’s NCJW Gives Back we’re making an emergency appeal for immediate donations to help families facing food insecurity. Your support can make the difference between a person going to bed hungry or nourished.
Please give what you can. Every dollar counts. Every meal matters. Together, we can collectively make a difference with our shared generosity to various food pantries in Illinois.
