November 30
Dedicate the 3rd Night of Chanukah for Reproductive Freedom
November 30, 7:00 pm
Abortion access across the country is at stake on December 1st, when the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments surrounding Mississippi’s blatantly unconstitutional 15-week ban in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Equal access to abortion care — everywhere — is essential for social and economic equality, reproductive autonomy, and the right to determine our own lives.
Only light can drive out darkness – both the darkness of the winter season and the darkness of injustice. Let’s spread the the light of reproductive justice across the country on the third night of Chanukah. Join us on Tuesday, November 30 on Zoom at 7pm with your menorah ready and we will light the candles together. We will also offer space to talk about what is happening in our country about abortion access and provide some December 1 actions and opportunities to raise your voice with NCJW.
