) 2027 State Platform. This program will be led by Community Organizer, Becca Lubow from Jewish Council on Urban Affairs (JCUA), will explain priorities for advocacy and action. Please register below.
During this presentation, we will learn about JCUA and ICIRR, their partnership in advancing immigrant justice, and the critical role they play in shaping immigration policy in Chicago and across Illinois. We’ll also explore the current challenges facing immigrant communities, including the impact of ICE and other government policies.
This tutorial will give you a deeper understanding of the immigration landscape so that you feel more prepared to engage with legislators about pro-immigrant policies. You’ll leave with concrete ways to take meaningful action in your community.
